职位描述
Executive Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of guest service while maintaining hotel profitability in a positive, innovative working environment. The Executive Floor Manager additionally is responsible for all aspects of guest experience and guest satisfaction that is generated and maintained at Executive Floor, while consistently achieving the most personalized and polished guest service in terms of both room and food & beverage and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
